This headline relates to the recent outburst of racist behaviour that happened a week ago, it shows football fans in a negative way, as it shows that some of them aren't open to the fact that most football players today are mixed race, therefore they feel the need to express 'racist views'. By the chief saying that players should "grow up and accept" the abuse, it shows him in a negative way as he's basically telling them to lie down and take what is given to them, and to accept the abuse when honestly, this is a mistake as this sends out the message that you can pick on anyone simply for the colour of their skin.
